This addendum is attached to and forms part of the listing agreement dated ______________________, made between Aeriol Nicols at Sutton Group Admiral Realty Inc in Toronto and ______________________________ to sell the property located at ___________________________________.
If Aeriol Nicols & The Great Life Team are not performing their written marketing plan as guaranteed. No questions asked. Aeriol will gladly transfert the listing to another realtor of your choice. Or if you don't wish to continue on the real estate market Cancellation will become effective within within 7 days of notification. Notice may be made in writing by telephone or facsimile - no explanation needed (but appreciated). The commission shall still be payable if a binding contract of sale is entered into, within 90 days after the date of the listing cancellation, between the sellers and a buyer who was introduced to or shown the property by Aeriol Nicols or any other member of the Toronto Real Estate Board during the term of the listing contract.
